Welcome to Serenity Mosman, where relaxation meets beauty! Whilst we are busy keeping you looking great, we almost forgot to do what our lawyers said! Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with these Terms and Conditions, which we have kept super simple and sweet.

Please talk to us. We really want you to have the best experience at our spa, and would be happy to answer all your questions about the treatment you’re choosing. Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds, so if we’ve fallen short in any way, we would be happy to give you a credit for another treatment of the same value.

Life happens, and sometimes you just can’t make it. Please just give us a heads up 48 hours ahead.

Any cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the booking and we will charge 50% of the services fee.

At 24 hours or less we will charge 100% of the services fee.

a. Honesty is the best policy! We want you to feel your best during your spa visit. Please be open and honest about your health status and skin conditions when booking. It helps us ensure your safety and make sure your experience is top notch!

b. Arrive at least 10 minutes early. This gives you time to unwind, relax and sign any waivers if it’s your first time with us.

c. If you’re running late (up to 10 minutes), no worries — your Zen awaits. If you are beyond 10 minutes, we will do our best to adjust your treatment time.

d. Wear whatever floats your boat, but we suggest comfy and casual! After your treatment, you will be truly relaxed.

a. We offer a variety of treatments to make your day. If you have any concerns or preferences — spill the tea.

b. Your comfort and health is our top priority. Our treatments may be adjusted to accommodate specific health conditions. Please share them with our team in advance, and we will tailor the experience for you.

c. If you are unhappy with anything about your treatment, please reach out. We are here to make things right and ensure your experience is smooth sailing.

a. We accept cash or card. The remaining 50% balance of your payment is due after your treatment.

b. If you have received a gift card, be sure to check the expiration date and any specific terms — we can’t wait to host you and love the thrill of the anticipation.

a. Rest assured that we maintain the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Our equipment and facilities are regularly sanitised to ensure a delightful experience.

b. Complimentary robes may be provided — if you need anything else, please just ask!

a. Take the magic home with you! You can purchase some of our amazing products that you tried during your treatment.

b. Please check the product details, ingredients and any usage guidelines.

c. Kindly note, we are unable to return your money on our product purchases if opened or used. We can provide a refund for any unopened or unused products with proof of purchase.

a. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. We will only use it for spa-related chats and a bit of marketing about us, or where the law requires it.

b. By booking or signing up with us, you agree to get the inside scoop via email or text including invites to our VIP events, discounts, special offers and gifts. You can unsubscribe with us anytime, but we’ll miss you!

a. This spa is great for everyone! But we have some age requirements on some treatments so please just check with our team.

b. If you plan to bring your little ones, they are welcome to join you in the treatment room. We just kindly request that you supervise them. Maybe bring something to keep them entertained.

a. We’re thrilled to welcome everyone, but we might have to refuse service if someone violates our spa etiquette or is under the influence or just plain rude. We doubt this will ever be the case of course!
